You can purchase a product that is used to take scratches out of watch crystals and jewelry. Or you can use a fine wet sandpaper on the lens to clean it then add a layer of protection such as a wax. I used a similar product on my car light lenses and it makes them look almost brand new.

Mothers company makes some stuff called mag & wheel cleaner. I have used it many times on the headlight covers. With a little elbow grease they will look brand new.

I have used a product in Walmart that worked wonders on my WRX's headlights, not sure if it is hazy, or just dirty but if it's haze, it rocks
