Yeah, i wanna ask you guys. is MCR a satanic band? Because since i'm in luv wit gerard way instead of lionel messi my brother hates me because now we have to fight for tv again (i wanna watch mtv and he wants to watch espn) and accused that gerard way is a son of devil and that MCR is a satanic band and now my mom don't allow me to watch ALL OF THEIR VIDEOS anymore and my brother said that i'm not allowed to visit their official page and stuff...

No they are actually a post emotive hardcore band. I met them when they came to the emerson in indiana a while back JUST before they hit stardom. It was crazy, they came with senses fail and the bled, the show sold out 3 ppl before my friend and I, and she started crying so we walked around back to listen to the concert from there, and so my friend decided she had to pee and she was peeing behind this trash can and what do you know...Gerard walks out and finds her there and feels bad that he saw her peeing and crying and let us in for free autographs from all the bands and all. VERY nice guys actually. Tell your brother to have a heart, we all have different tastes, and MCR is far from satanic. GO YOU FOR LIKING THEM! :)

No, I think they are just confused about religion. Gerard cant decide if he believes or not. If you listen to Heaven Help Us it seems kind of like an argument with themselves, saying will you help me and pray for me, but then later it says cover me in gasoline probably meaning, "oh well Im gonna burn in hell anyway"
but in the end they arent satanic, and slap your brother in the face for me cause I love them with all my heart

No, they're just a bad emo / poprock band. If they were satanic in any way, they wouldn't have reached the insane level of popularity they're at now.

Aren't ALL brothers crazy?
I heard one MCR song on the radio that was great! Then I saw them on TV, and they were really boring. I'm hoping they're not just another "one hit wonder". I guess time will tell! (and, no, I'm not a kid--I'm 58 years old and still rocking---ROCK ON all you head-bangers!)
