There;s this guy at my gym who is all talk?

but very little action?he even wants to deny what others have going for them at ti,es(including myself)what's the deal?

Sounds like he is an insecure jerk. He seems to be at the gym to act like a tough guy and boost his ego. Ignore him and laugh at him when he tries to bench 400 lbs by himself, then cries for a spotter.

He's a jerk I guess.If he dont see what you have going for you,then he obviously dont like you if thats what your asking!
