Whether or not it's your kid doesn't make a difference. You need to be gentle, and take your cues from her, if she gets uncomfortable, do something differently. Pregnancy is also not a time to go experimenting with positions. If she has a belly already, avoid doggy-style or anything that could make her fall or force too pressure on her stomach. Keep in mind that if there's a belly in the way, she's not as flexible as she might have been before hand. Gentle, "vanilla" sex is probably your best bet.

Don't be to rough but don't be to gentle or she won't enjoy it.
Remember no matter how big your package is it isn't going to reach the baby and poke it.
Try other positions other than missionary. That can be uncomfortable for the girl.

Just follow her lead, and, even though she's pregnant, use a condom. Certain bacteria that could be on your genitalia (not that you're an unhygienic person - bacteria are everywhere) can travel up into her uterus and cause serious complications with her pregnancy.

You also want to prevent the possibility of STDs. Either one of you could have one and possibly be unaware of it.

It's not good to have rough sex while pregnant. you don't want to hurt her, or make her sick to her stomach or anything like that. just be careful... and use protection!!!

Normal Sexual acts are fine. She will let you know if you are trying to get to agressive. Enjoy your time. Pregnant sex is the best there is.
