If we know the size of Universe, we can readily calculate that the probability of having alien life is very much. May be more than 1 million habitable planets exists at a given time.

Are you are asking if there are any creatures that live in outer space, like between planets out in the void. If so, I think it is probable that such a creature could evolve. Maybe something that spawns on an asteroid with a hint of atmosphere and floats around in nearby space for a while. It would have to feed off energy like a plant, I guess. I don't think such creatures would be common, Maybe one or two species per galaxy.
If your asking the age old question, are we alone? Of course, there is other life in the universe. It may take a while to bump into it, but it will happen someday.
