also,They are always doing everything so quick,flexible and accurate,But the people with normal intelligence is often called as a slow learner.Is there any ways to improve mine too to be like them?

The differences between a person of 'genius' and a person of average intelligence is usually their ability to quickly grasp fundamental ideas and go beyond them.
If you are a poor juggler, you will have a hard time simply keeping 1 ball in the air. With patience and persistence, you can then progress to 2 and 3 and even more.
Most people of average intelligence do not 'progress' in terms of seeking to go beyond the grasp of what they do know. It is only when they run into a problem beyond their ability to understand do they then begin to explore why it is thus. And even when such an opportunity presents itself, they usually only gain enough knowledge to 'fix' the problem rather than to explore it. A mark of genius is usually one that pushes their abilities, to always do more, know more, understand more.
Curiosity is a great way of expanding one's intelligence. Flexibility of thinking, training oneself to be open to new responses/ideas, and realizing that even 'geniuses' have limits to which they too must subscribe themselves, is important as well. Knowing your limits is the first step to knowing how to get past them.
Another thing: being a 'genius' doesn't mean that everything is smooth sailing. Just because you are a genius or really smart doesn't mean that you are equally smart in every area. Again, knowing your limitations is the first step to working to expand them.

yea, put away your emotions they only get in the way.
Then just pay attention to the things you are doing, itemize things that your doing.
Do small projects to start, 1 at a time at first and then expand to 2 then threee and so forth, your mind will open itself after a while

its a gift i guess.... but i think its possible to train urself to be a fast thinker.... i heard ones that the more u use ur brain, the better it gets. so the first thing u should do to be more like geniuses is to get those neurons at work.
