Anybody got any troubleshooting tips ?

The wiring to your heating element may be loose. When the thermostat calls for heat, the fan(blower) receives the signal and the power to turn on but the heating element does not come on as it should. You should check both the control wiring and the power supply wiring to the heating element.

If you aren't trained to work around electricity, get a professional!

It may only blow cool air at the end of a heating cycle. This is normal, as after the heating element shuts down the fan keeps running for a short time to cool the heat exchanger. Perhaps its shutoff temperature is set too low.
