White Trash is a degrading, racial stereotyping expression, but not everyone agrees? So can I invent a new degrading tag to demonstrate? Lots of Asian young men like to buy fancy cars, do them up and they end up looking like Xmas trees! In fact, to many they look ridiculous, lack class, lack taste and, basically, they look tacky. (Please have a sense of humour about this!)
These men are 'Asian Auto Arseholes'. OK, silly isn't it - but it is stereotyping.....just as White Trash is a stereotype which is increasingly accepted my the media; in fact it was a creation of the media!

Actually trash is useful, it can be recycled she's just landfill.

Most white people are comfortable with their colour it seems other races are maybe not quite so happy.
Most British white people are not racist we have lived in a multicultural society for many years.
Maybe when they are happy with their own skin they'll stop slapping us with the racist card.
At the end of the day we are the most tolerant country in the world as far as ethnic minority's are concerned.
Don't let it worry you if they want to make racist comments against us let them its their problem not ours.
Personally I really don't care if someone wants to call me white. That is exactly what I am.

Resolving a stereotype by using another will resolve nothing. I agree that the term White Trash really should not be used.

Most people I know associate white trash with "The Jerry Springer Show," and with some of the skits on Jeff Foxworthy's show. In the beginning, "Mama's Family" was supposed to be a show about white trash.

As far as I am concerned, it is just another label that is used in this nation. It seems that many of our media sources can't run a story without some kind of label -- case in point .....
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt ==== BrAngelina
