Depends on the Question - a person with a serious issue - I try to give the best advice possible. A PnS question - as funny as possible (and lately that seems to be not very funny).
Also depends on my mood. If I am in a good mood, I give funny answers, otherwise I give a sarcastic answer.

Depends on the type of question. If someone is truly seeking advice and I have some to offer, then I give the best possible advice without trying to be funny. However, if it is a humorous or non-serious question, then sure I try to be funny.

Depends on the question. If it's a serious one and I know something about the subject then I will try to give my best advice. If it's a silly or light-hearted one then I'll try to be funny and witty. Mean and nasty questions I generally skip.

It depends, usually you can tell if the questioner wants a serious or a funny answer and then I go with the flow.
I do try to give my best advice to the ones that really are wanting it.

I try to give good advice based on my personal experiences and try to explain my self a little, like why I feel the way i do about the question

It really depends on the question, but usually I try to be funny, if it is a serious question I try to help the person asking the question. :)

Depends on the question, I try to do a little of both, although sometimes, my trying to be funny doesn't work because the written word can be interpreted incorrectly.

depends on the question, definately. If I can be a smartalleck or clever and answer the question giving decent advise its a plus.
I try to only joke around where it seems appropiate or my humor wont be too mean.
and i rather joke around than just put in a worthless yes or no, just to get 2 points.
