Go over to Ethiopia and shove a stick in the ground. If Oil shows up on the end of it you need to Call the Whitehouse and he'll send the troops right over and Big Oil will fund everything for you as long as you allow the Oil procurement to be leased from your land for the next 30 years.

Learn the politcal history of your country to the T and imerse yourself into a smaller goal than the presidency. If you are a woman, it is highly unlikely. Besides, the presidency is never the most powerful position. Look deeper into the society and try to make smaller changes rather than large broad ones.

You need to contact the Ethiopian Government and see what the qualifications are to hold the post. Depending on how long you have been in whatever country you are in now, you may have forfeited your citizenship. Most countries you have to be a legal citizen to be President.

Get some followers that believe in your message. Then you need to raise to money to get your message spread throughout the country. Once you've convinced the majority of the people that you know what's right for your country, get yourself on the ballot and win the election.
