I have downloaded both TVU player and Winamp if someone could plz explain how it is done and i get it to work you can have best answer!

I had TVU Player for a long time, I just uninstalled it today. It's total crap, but if you really think it's working for you... then all you have to do is click the channels down the side. If the channel ESPN isn't listed down the side (on the left) then you can't watch it.
Sometimes it takes ages to load... so just be patient.

TVU works great for me, except when the person who's streaming the channel has a lot of other crap going on his side, then the content is total stutter-fest. To watch ESPN, on the left side, click on the ESPN channel (if it's there). If it's not there, then there's no one streaming that channel and you cannot watch it.
