What do you all think about this? I think its GREAT, finally cheaters WONT win! Ok, maybe live is a little to long, but I like the fact that they could go to jail.

AMAZING!!! thanks for posting this. I am very glad to see something done, a lot of ppl cheat and get away with it. It would be nice to see a cheating hubby in jail for screwing the babysitter lol

I am from Michigan, not so proudly to say. The state is one of the most screwed up places to live. You can't buy alcohol on major holidays (Thanksgiving or Christmas; separation of church and state?). Racial issues are huge, segregation, and discrimination. Gay?! in the Great Lakes State?! don't even think it!

I left the state b/c I didn't agree w/ the mind set of middle class, bible humpers.

To answer your question- I believe if you make a commitment to a person you need to keep it. I don't like cheaters! However, if one decides to be dishonest and go against their word - that's not for the state to decide punishment. It is something that needs to be worked out by the people involved. People of the world! TAKE CARE OF YOU OWN PROBLEMS!!!TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS (and you won't need to have someone "babysit" or watch over you for the rest of your life) the more rights you give up (like the right to privacy) the more the government can control you. Ask yourself do you really want politicians and law makers "in bed" w/ you?

what happens if live in Michigan state but you cheat your wife in another state????

The motels on the stateline of Michigan will have a ball.

PS i read the link and i guess you have to prove that a penetration actually occured. BTW the Roman law states that adultery is commited when the illicit couple is found nude in bed (In greece when adultery was a crime a lot of couples were driven to the police station wearing only the bed sheets) no prerequisite of penetration

As if Detroit doesn't have a overcrowding problem in the jails already. They cannot enforce anything like this. In Kentucky its a felony to walk down the side of any major highway in a bikini without being escorted by no less than two state troopers.
