You cant. However if the texts or calls you receive are malicious in any way you can contact your service provider. If they are unsolicited sales/junk stuff you can register your number with the telephone preference service on line & this will stop almost all of them

I had this when an ex kep bothering me. Jut ring your provider and ask them if they can block the number due to receiving hateful texts or something.
