I know it is lighter now so how come so many foot injuries nowadays?

According to my granddad
modern day footballs are made light for the namby pamby footballers of today
when he was a lad the footballs were made out of cows stomachs filled with the blood and guts of the working mans passion for sport and they weighed at least two stone
Wilfie Mannion could head one of these footballs the full length of the pitch from a standing start
