When a man badly wants the company of women and could not control himself and ready to go after them crazily then that person can be called as a womaniser.
A flirt just enjoys praising and teasing opposite sex and mostly does not have intention to get into physical relation.

No, because flirts do not necessary deliver on their empty promises, that is the definition of a flirt.
I'd define a womanizer as one who goes from woman to woman using her (physical, money, for whatever reason) without any intention of having a meaningful and long lasting relationship.

Our kids say my husband and I both flirt but we call it being friendly because we don't want to be rude to anyone, they are all potential customers. Niceness is sometimes mistaking for flirting, like if you tell someone they look nice in that color or you look great today, but it is not. Womanizer is a man that deliberately goes after women for their love and attention because they believe they are God's gift to all women.

No they are not the same. a womanizer uses women...a flirt is just a friendly joker. A womanizer engages in sex, a flirt doesn't.
