Certain ones are. Although, they may not represent a constant stream of work. Don't get me wrong, a lot of them are probably pretty shady, but on the flipside, some of them are legit. The upside is working on your own schedule at your own pace. The downside? No room for advancement, horrible pay, usually a limit at amounts of work, and never the 100k$ from home! deals they tell you (unless you want to work 23 hours a day).

the biggest upside is that you don't have to worry abuu the driving, getting ready, running out to get a bite and you can potentially get more done. The downside is that you might not have the self motivation it takes to treat the day like a normal work day - nobody is watching you. You also will not have the support environment and all of the tools to provide a true productive work environment. The type of job you have can make al of the difference. Check out the company - a lot of campanies do this a way to reduce overhead thus increasing profits.

No, they are all scams and should be avoided. You will find they will ask you for money or your bank details, and will empty your account.
