Don't put it into scientific terms cause i'll lose you in quantum physics, fekin scientists cant even simplify that. You can get more work done if you have help. Plain and simple.

The term "synergy" was if not coined then certainly popularized by Buckminister Fuller. His definition, which should thus carry some weight, was "Synergy means behavior of whole systems unpredicted by the behavior of their parts taken separately"

It shouldn't!

True synergy means parts naturally come together to form a greater whole.It cannot be done by force and should carry all parties along,by consensus/discussion

If this is not done,it can lead to disaster
