i still can,t get my media player to work?

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct. is it any help to anyone that i have an old pc? media player plays music and photos ok but no videos?

try using vlc media player

Try another player like MediaMonkey. It gets really good reviews.
