Jamie: Yes, humility. You bus drivers think you’re the boss. But you’re not. You’re the servant. You’re supposed to be serving the public. My taxes pay for your wages, and when I want to travel on a bus, I expect to be allowed to get on that bus.
Driver: You’re not getting on the bus. You’re too late.
Jamie: Yes, so you keep saying.
Driver: Ugh.
Jamie: Now I don’t know why it is that you’ve decided to be so spiteful today. Maybe you had a nasty experience with another passenger and you feel the need to reassert your authority. Maybe you just resent having to work, while others are enjoying their weekend. Who knows?
Driver: Get out of the way!
Jamie: Possibly you have a chip on your shoulder because you know that you’ll never be able to get a regular nine to five job. Or maybe you’re just a scumbag.
Driver: The transport police will be here in two minutes.
Jamie: Oh that’s alright. I regret nothing. Oh look. Here comes another bus.
