Think of a heat blister caused by touching a hot stove. Now imagine the suns rays "burning" your skin. As the skin becomes exposed to the UV rays, the skin cells blister up, then die, shedding the old for new, fresh skin! Moisturizers do not help because your skin is not flaking because it's dry...it's flaking because it's been burnt by the sun. ALSO: Wear sunscreen. Haha

I am kinda jealous. Not that you got burnt, but you had weather to give you the burn. It's 22 freezing degrees here.
