Can you tell me some episodes in smallville that clark is kissing chloe??I know that they kiss but i don't know in which episode!!

Sure.
The only time he's kissed her was Season 2's "Rush" (he was infected by Red Kryptonite).
However she's kissed him a few times.
Season 1's "Hug" is one.
Another one is Season 3's "Magnetic" and Season 4's "Devoted" although with both "Hug" and "Devoted" - she was actually under a kind of spell.
and of course the most recent one was Season 5's finale "Vessel"
NOTE: Clark has also kissed her on the cheek and on the forehead but I'm not going to include those since I assumed you were looking for the other kind of kiss.

Here's a few: They kiss in the one with the guy whose handshake can make people do whatever he wants, they kissed in the one where that creature (scorpion/worm-type-thing) from the Kawatchi caves gets into Pete and Chloe and made them go nuts, and they almost kiss in the one where Lionel posseses Clark's body, but he's just being cruel, and possibly in Nicodemus.

Rush in 2
Hug in season 1 is also a good one "Why are you looking at me, and why is my mouth Minty?"
