Not depressed in the way of harming myself, but just low. i used to be outgoing, fun, happy. But in the past I reckon 6 months, I just seem low. I am wanting some advise, on herbal, or hypnotysism or something that will click me back to happy me.

theres a few herbal treatments for depresion but not all of them are proven to cure depression or aliviate this condition,the only one proven is the hypericum perforatum wich is st.jhon's wort,it is compared to paxil,zoloft,prozac and other antidepressant drugs and its more effective also,it causes fewer side effects,some places that sale this want to fool you selling you fake stuff so be sure the ingredients have 3%hyperforin,the best one you can get will have 5% hyperforin,this is the active ingredient in this product,you can buy this at drugstores or internet.

St. Johns wort has been shown in clinical studies to help mild to moderate depression. Also, focus your mind as much on positive things as you can to try to bring your spirits up. If you are grieving (death in the family for instance), allow 6 months to a year to feel back to normal. Six months is a long time to be down, so if you find you cannot seem to make yourself think happy thoughts at all, it would be a good time to see a doctor.

Diet can play a big part in mental health. Have a look at your general lifestyle and see if you can improve you diet and exerise regime, also ensure you are drinking enough water. Also make yourself go out every day even if it's only a short walk. These things may help change your frame of mind, as you begin to feel better and more motivated things will get easier.

Have you been stressed about certain issues lately (school, friends, family)? If so, that might be possibly why you are moody and feeling a little blue - because of worrying. Just a guess. If that's the case, talk to someone - it helps. That'll make you feel happier again.

Talk to your Doctor!!!

It sounds like you may have clinical depression. Run, don't walk to your doctor's office and talk about your feelings with him or her. He or she can help.
