Meeting them for the first time, I was asked if I wanted a bun and said 'do dogs fock?' Well I was relaxed and off guard, and just being friendly and appreciative (plus we'd been smoking in the tree house). Does it really matter?

Well I wonder; someone said they'd be 'positively thrilled' if their daughter had a boy friend like that. Years ago. Sticks in my mind somehow.

What really matters is....did you get the bun?

Re your additional info.....what kind of a sick parent would be thrilled if their daughter had a boyfriend like that/you?

Yes, you should be troubled. Unless you do something spectacularly humble, like apologize and then work hard to earn their trust, you've blown it with her parents. C'mon, kid, get a grip! Show some respect. Yes, it matters, unless it doesn't, in which case you've found the right girl and you can expect that your life right now is as good as it's gonna get.

Thats nothing my fella put my glasses on once in front of my mum and said, "Do I look like a gynocologist in these?" I was only 15. Infact he is still putting his foot in it now 7 years later. Dont worry, if you and her are a sure thing then they will get over it!
