I am italian, I used to work for an "African-American" guy who always would tell me that white girls were just whores for the black man...he would taunt me...the truth is, I really didnt care...I just wanted to do my job and go home...anyway, one day...I had enough and I told him that his ancestors, black slave women were sex toys for their white masters....my boss went crazy at me when I said that, he screamed and threatened me and then he fired me...so I left and went and told his wife (now ex-wife) about the affair he was having with one of the staff members...she did her own investigating and left him...my ex boss found out I was responsible for telling his wife about his affair and he rang me and threatened to kill me and he kept calling me a "racist piece of s**t" ...I told my cousins, and they went to see him and "roughed him up a bit" since then I have never heard from him, this happened a few years ago...and I have always wondered: who was the real racist?

He was the racist. He was being blatantly racist, while you were stating a historical fact. The man probably deserved what he got, but you were probably in the wrong for taking the action that you did. A better course would have been to sue his ass and make him lose his job. It very well could have come out in court that the man was having an affair with an employee, and his wife would have found out that way.
I'm not judging you for your actions, you did what you felt you had to do to live with yourself. The desire for revenge is often very powerful, and either way we have to live with our choices.

If your story's true he's the only one that actually did or said anything racist, by definition. Doesn't mean I'm that big a fan of what you *did* say and do, but it's not racist.

Even though you were both in the wrong.
He sounded like he was saying what he did to push you buttons and to see just how far he could push you. With out you quiting you job on the spot. You said what you did out of pure frustration.

Both of you. He was out of line, saying all those things, but you retaliated by using his same unacceptable behavior. Although in all fairness it was he, who led you to do it.
I don't think you should have been vindictive, at least not by asking your cousins to "rough him up a bit". You should have contacted the authorities instead.
God bless ou, and hopefully you will not have these type of problems again.
PS. I do understand, you were a victim, but at the same time I can not applaud your behavior.

both of you sound pretty damned silly to me, lmao you could have handled his stupid behind better, but you choose to act as dumb as he had been acting. I think you should be happy that you don't have that job anymore your ex-boss sounds like an ass. For some reason though this story sounds false but whatever....

Both of you, you could have black mailed him with the affair and saved your job, and shut him up without going to race ;)

Neither of you are RACIST! Both of you are prejudice. BOTH OF YOU ARE NOT RACIST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T SAY YOUR RACE WAS SUPERIOR! But IT WAS WRONG of you to beat him up. you could of got your cousins in deep. and it was WRONG of your boss to say that ****! and for the record, black women were not raped but THEIR WIVES WEREN'T GIVE IT UP! they were raped because of control. Rape is not lust but power!
