totally uncalled for. zidane lost it for no good reason. c'mon everybody knows about the taunting & insults & stuff that goes on during sports. any sports. it all the same, i had your wife last night, i saw your sister on a corner, etc, etc, etc... there are a whole lot of trash talkers just spewing stuff out there during play. but to lose it like that especially when the game is on the line is just wrong. zidane knew at the time that the next five minutes is his last in tourney play, he knew they had a chance to win if he was in the game, and he knew that guys will taunt him to get him off his game. then he just goes & headbutts M? sorry, not cool.

i think it was rude for zidane to do that to matterazzi.. its true that zidane will be remembered for what he has done to matterazzi but with a bad reputation !

He deserved it. Zidane's mother was in hospital that day and he was very worried. Then Matterazzi said your mother is a Terrorist and he deserved it

its headbutt not headbit.. but can we stop harping this headbutting issue to death. Whats interesting, here in the US, when you say Zidane, theyll say the headbutter and say that his career will be defined by that headbutt. Sadly, they fail to recognize one of the best in his generation and the greatest footballer since Maradonna. But blah.
