I know the answer to your question! Do you mean the song that plays in the beginning, when Esther is remembering what happened to Abel? The subtitled one?
That song is called Requiem ~ Inori, and is available for download on http://gendou.com/amusic/
I believe you have to join the site to download, but it costs nothing, and the dowloads are small, free, and easy to manage. They have music from most series out there, as well.
Just enter "Trinity Blood" in the search bar. It should show up.
