If some one is capable of taking chances for becoming somebody then he/she will become somebody but if some one is dull to know this oppertunity and do not use this idea when given/got then no one can become somebody. "Should use best time for best thing" then can become "Some body"

If by becoming a famous or hugely talented person, no. Some people are kept down during their lives.
But, anyone who's anyone knows that we are all important in God's eyes.

yes i believe.
by somebody i mean, being a person who excels in everything he/she does, regardless of how minimal the work is.
we are all called to excel and be the best in everything we do...all we have to do is grab that chance every day and every second in our lives...with that...indeed we really become "somebody."
