Depends on where she is going with the makeup on. If to school then a little bit of shimmer is fine but if she wants to wear a lot then she should not wear it out.

I think it generally looks a bit wrong when a girl that age has on like full-on dark eye makeup, and your skin is young and doesn't need any foundation. If you apply some faint lipgloss that should look pretty, but at your age you really don't need anything to enhance your beauty...

it is ur own personal choice, if you want 2 wear makeup then it is completely up 2 u, and don't let other people tell you what is right for u, if it makes you feel comfortable then its up to u, the main thing is that you are happy

If you just want to put on some lip gloss, mascara, and a color blending eyeshawdow then that would be okay. But letting the child wear foundation, eyeliner, blush is too much. That can damage her/your skin and cause zits.

its never too early to try to use a make up honey.use a moisturiser, then foundation followe by loose powder that matches your skin colour.then start on the eyeshadow colours followed by eyeliners and blushers on your cheeks,do not over apply though...then use a lipliner to line your lips and apply lip gloss.lastly, apply mascara.thats it honey...good luck

maybe if you are in your town's production of the nutcracker. I'd stick with chapstick, you have your whole life to worry about makeup.
