Piercings Genital, Nipples, Tongue!?

Question

I find the idea of piercing quite erotic, and am desperate to try it. I have a pierced ear, but anymore that is visible would cause me to loose my job! What is the consensus from a female point of view on the above pierced?

Go for it!! The tongue is a bonus for chix and the genital piercings, depending on what you get is pleasurable for you!! Nipples, definately, especially on a really buff guy with a few tats!!

I have my vertical hood done and love it. When I left college, I took out all my visible piercings and brought my gauged ears down to an 18 (normal size). Besides my lip piercing, my hood has been my favorite so far. It is (obviously) very discreet and no one needs to know about it unless you want them to. It provides a lot more stimulation. Plus, it is always fun to go to the OBGYN and watch their reaction. :)

As for the others--I've also thought about getting the nipple done, but have seen my husband's scars and don't want those for the rest of my life. Plus, I plan to breast feed and I don't necessarily want to add scar tissue pain to the pain of breastfeeding!

I'm just not a fan of the tongue. It can be dangerous (severing nerves and hurting taste buds), it is bad for your teeth and gums, and I think it can give off the wrong message.


After reading through everyone else's responses, I feel the need to add more information.

First of all, it is near impossible to actually pierce the clitoris. Very few women have the proper anatomy for it and even fewer piercers are willing to do it. Most people are thinking of the veritical hood piercing. This happens to be the only female genital piercing that "gives pleasure". All others are just for aesthetics. No, it does not reduce sensation. Because you're piercing the skin above the clitoris, it doesn't directly effect how sensitive you are. However, if you have the piercing for a long time, you may get used to feeling the ball on top of your clitoris and afterwards it just may not feel as good. This doesn't mean that sensation has gone down, it just means that you enjoyed having the piercing ball as a stimulant. And lastly, because of the natural "juices" that your body produces, these piercings are begin cleansed on a very regular basis. It was my fastest healing piercing and I've never had to do more than wash it with soap. It healed in less than a week.

I really hate when people who know nothing about piercings give "advice"! :P

I think that they are OK, but you do not want too many of them. I think that you should try you Tongue unless you need the other two for other things. It all depends on you, that's if you can get away with them not noticing it at your job. Remember that it is your body and when it comes to this you have to make a decision and a good one because all of this brings great pain and money that does not need to be wasted on a mistake.

Genital piercing can cause loss of sensation as well be difficult to keep clean. Think real hard about it before you take that step.

My personal opinion:

I think tongue piercings on women are kind of trashy (it could just be from what I've seen).

As far as genitals and nipples go, why not?

well, the genital thing sounds like torture and the nipple thing, kinda gay. The tongue....I have one, but i'm a girl, on a guy, .....yeah, also kinda gay. Get a tattoo, much more manly!

i HAD ALOT OF THOSE AND REGRET ED IT. LIKE THE NOSE RING AT ONE TIME IT WENT OUT OF STLYE IN BKLYN. JUST DON'T DO IT. I REALLY FANTASIZE ABOUT PIERCING MY CLIT THOUGH . OK TO MUCH INFO. LOL
