Just tell her...you waiting isnt doing anything but building up your feelings...and if you wait to long it will come out at the wrong time...never hold anything back
Your afraid she wont feel the same way about you...but most likly she probley will
If shes always flirty...and all look n nice around you..then she might feel the sam way.
But nothing bad can come out of telling the TRUTH.

same questions i asked myself... how can i tell a friend i love him?... if i do that...if the feeling is not mutual... you could lose the friendship forever... you could lose the friend...

its not depend us . it depends you.if you love her lot ,the feelings of your love tell her that you love him.anyway u want my advice then simply tell her you love her lot n one day she is yours because you love her.and love makes the way in her heart.
