Are you asking about ministers that can be gay and marry their spouse, or about ministers that can perform a marriage for you?
Either way there are a lot of churches....in most denominations it is going to vary on a church by church basis....as these decisions are made at a local level. But look into:
United Church of Christ (my church)
Metropolitan Community Church (mainly gay)
Society of Friends (Quakers)
Unitarian Universalist
United Methodist
Some Jewish Temples
A handful of other denominations
Avoid like the plague anyone lame enough to use Wikipedia as a source.
