I eat some chocolates. It really makes people happy and cheer them up. I also blog; that way i'll feel better after sharing my troubles with the world. other times i'll just cry my heart out. it's definitely better than bottling my feelings inside me or hurting myself physically.

I take a walk in the beach.Sometimes stay in my room listening to a soulful music where I bask into solitude.I write my emotions at the moment.I call my friends and go malling.
