You have to address your own fears to begin with.
I'm not an expert at this but I would suggest you take a pen and paper and write down what frightens you in different circumstances. Then try and rationalise each of these fears, write down the solution you think is best for each fear.
Try and develop a sense of self confidence. Remember everyone has the same short comings as you, and most people are aware of it though they may not openly admit it or go about tom tomming them.
When you are going to start any work don't look at the job as one big colossal obstruction, just start the job and tackle the obstructions as they come up. In this way you will find that it was actually a series of small obstructions, each of which independently was very easy to overcome.
Best of Luck!!
Take it easy, its an easy world, nobody is going to bite you for any small offence.

Getting rid of fear is to face the fear first. We feel the fear since we dont know what it is ,that is in store for us, like you feel fear before you drive or start a conversation etc. Simply face it, once you face it for the first time you will automatically know how it is and you will not experience fear. The second time you drive you already know it then why should you feel scared. So face the fear to get rid of it.

Fear is nothigng but it your own thoughts which come into your mind. Most of the people cannot touch the dead bodies because they have the fear in their mind. If you are Indian there is Mantra namely Matrinju Jaap. If you do it for 15 days daily, your will be no more.

You main problem is fear of mistakes.
Teach your mind that "to err is humane"
At the same time don't try to live to make errors only.....

Let every mistake be a lesson. Let every lesson lead you to perfection.

We are all equal beings and I have nothing special in me. Even Einstein is like any one of us.
