Assuming that you like both people. Person A has very similiar interests as you but you dont really trust this person. Person B is someone you trust but share few common interests together. Which of these people would make a better spouse in the long run?

Someone you trust. I think it's good to not like all the same things because you and he with both have an oppertunity to try new things.

I will go for Person B. Trust is the one ultimate factor which keeps a relationship going. I dun have to worry if he's telling me the truth over minor issues. I can be with Person A and participate in a whole lot of activities since we share the same interests but at the end of the day since I dun trust him I will not be able to believe him truly and who knows the relationship could go down the drain one day due to lack of mutual understanding.

I would pick the person with similiar interest. Only if they have not done anything to make me not trust them. If it's my own demon than that can be dealt with. Person B I don't think it would last without similiar interest no matter how much I trust them.

Trust, hands down. The man I married is so much different than what I was used to (guys who were into almost the same things as I was). Really the only thing we have in common is a love for the outdoors and each other...everywhere else we are opposites...music, movies, you name it. It is the best relationship I have ever had, and I wouldn't trade that for anything. And yes, I would trust him with my life.

You can always help a person developping interests for other things, but some one you can't trust now, will never be trusted.
I will settle for person B anytime.

You are describing a merger, not a marriage with love.
Is there a time limit? Why can't you look around for someone with both qualities? You probably don't just have to get married right now. Best of luck.
