I stumbled across the name of Haifa Wehbi in many of the answers.I know this question is not about her, but I cannot resist the temptation of speaking out my mind, so that the questioner gets the whole idea. Is Haifa Wehbi really a singer? Allow me to brief her.
I never objected on classifying her as an "entertainer of sorts" pleasing her audience's so referred to "pleasures of the flesh". Her much unhidden and revealed charms stimulate their senses. She floats through and in doing so releases restless desires.
For all that proceeded I have to say I cannot stand her. She is a pretender, but what is she pretending to be? A retired porn star? No way she can be a singer! Can she sing? Honestly can she?
This answer will make many participants furious, but I rather speak up anyways.

Wow Smutty.......you made a "surgery" from that woman. I agree with you, but if you read the question he asked about the Hottest.....and you cant say that she is not. I agree with you that she is NOT a singer, but anyways is the hottest.
About the voice.....i think that without any discussion the BEST is Fairouz

hottest can mean so many things, but I think that Haifa takes the title ( sorry Smutty) for females and Omar Zein for males.
the best voice is probably Najwa Karam for female and maybe Walid Toufic for males ( I am of course not citing Fayrouz, Majida, Wadih el Safi.... who belong to a different league)
