I know, that's not what you want to hear but that's the best answer to your question: ''if you stop wanting, you have it all'' Buddha
means that if you make your life simpler by stop wanting at least the useless things, your life will be the best practical and happy possible.

There is nothing like 'best practical life'! We change the definition of 'best' every day!
I think the best practical life is when we take steps towards becoming fearless. It is fear that makes us enjoy life less!

If there was such thing as a ''formula'' for best life, we would all be living by it and being happy.& successful.
There are no fixed norms or rules --- it depends on each ones background and nature, what one makes of the oppurtunities presented to them.

Sharpen the logical aspect of mind, enhance the 'recalling' of memory at will, not merely the random memory, and the best of strategies would naturally 'evolve'.

I believe that every human being owes it to him/herself to be able to be indepedent and to always keep his/her self respect.
Success is a relative term which means different things to different people.
But to go after your dreams is the greatest blessing you can give yourself.
