Because of the rise of liberalism, and when I say liberalism, I don't mean the dictionary definition type of liberal but the type of liberal that doesn't have a sense of right and wrong and oppresses and labels socially conscious people as "prudes", "bigots", or "tree huggers". Our society now thinks the following things are ok:

Affluenza
Crappy parenting or lack of parenting
Sex and children out of wedlock
Tolerance of a rise in violent crime
Sugarcoated racism
Rapid urban sprawl and land rape
Obscene media being shown in the middle of the daytime for all children to see
Making an unborn child suffer just because his/her parents decide to have a child out of wedlock
Absence of manners, courtesy and decency
Divorce without even trying to resolve marital problems
Shame of morals (Ashamed of virginity? WTF?)
Tolerance of everything above but oppression and intolerance of religion and spirituality

If I'm only 20 and show concern, why can’t you? And dammit I'm not a Repub

this type of attitudes are because people are yet to learn the difference between good and right , bad and wrong.

racism is sort of groupism, like caste, religion, lingual, which has to be there for peoples protection and welfare of the people. one individual has to belong to some sort of group. Collective demand and voice only will bring good to individual.

divorce is not everybody,s wish. if you compare divorces with happy families, the divorce matter is negligible.

likewise , the matters you quoted are there, but in a very small percentage.

you should understand that the better society what you have been talking is tolerating , forgiving, and living with the small ugly society, only because majority of the people wish world to be in the same way what you think. don't bother, this small section will further reduce and it will take eras to eradicate this as we are all after all humans.

everyone remember Hungerford and the response afterwards the pledge to control fire arms here? Well we are still waiting for a law that makes sense and enforcement of it. Not surprised, when weapons are available through criminals and some elements of society think its fun to shoot people. Until we drop the liberalised ideals in this country and start executing murderers then these cowards will carry on attacking people as there is no deterrent, and if anyone think a life sentence or what is it 12 yrs or so these days is a deterrent then they're living in cloud cuckoo land.

First, if you dont mean the dictionary definition type of liberal, then you should not use liberal as your label in the last part of that statement. You cant use that label for those type of people because that is not the correct definition of liberal. Second, our society as a whole does not think one thing on your list is "OK". A society with those ethics and behavior would have collapsed centuries ago. Society does have it's problems, some minor, some severe. It is our responsibility to challenge those problems and to find ways to correct them. Thats how we evolve and learn as members of this society.

your the only person i have ever given a star to, your question is so well put and covers everything that's wrong with today's society in a very simple way, it makes me wonder if a 20 year old girl can see this then why cant our politicians see it too.

Now to answer your question, unless our attitudes change then i am afraid things will only get worse, some things will be very hard to change, attitude towards sex is one for example, I see no solution, hard line tactics will only make those giving out the punishment feel superior and no doubt some of those will misuse their power, soft tactics don't work, but which politicians are brave enough to make radical changes, there well paid and who would want to jeopardise a job like that.

Maybe the reason for the destruction of mankind will be man made this time around.

look doll my girls only twenty too and i tell her that the system is so far above the normal people that we are left to die in the wasteland of no where to go-govt returned power to state and local levels so u could never be heard of again, they can stigmatize you and u will think that if you did alil' more or u gave alil' more or any of the other needs that are so apparently not here in America, the only way things look normal is if u don't need anything and u assume everything is okay-that is the hocus pocus of our big brother life here, just cause u got here doesn't change the enemies and it is us on the discontent level called the bottom-there are so many people held at this level that they can feed on us to provide anything they want in an a tempt to escape it or deal with it, they can get us to invent things for them, they can get all the needs of satisfaction that they are the rulers just by the power we give them to laugh at our predicament that we got them out of, but that is another one way street and story for next time

So you see all these things, do you? It's apparent then, that the only hope for mankind is to follow God's commandments as set out in his inspired word, the Bible.
Think about it. Even IF you were an atheist, wouldn't Jehovah(the true God's known name) God's laws, morals, and principles, make a lot of sense as to a better way to live and get our lives and immorality under control?
Mankind has DEMANDED the right to try to prove he can live without His help, yet his commandments and laws are not even burdensome.

Please read 1 John5:1-4;5. 1 Everyone believing that Jesus is the Christ has been born from God, and everyone who loves the one that caused to be born loves him who has been born from that one. 2 By this we gain the knowledge that we are loving the children of God, when we are loving God and doing his commandments. 3 For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments; and yet his commandments are not burdensome, 4 because everything that has been born from God conquers the world. And this is the conquest that has conquered the world, our faith.

God Bless and thanks for reading.

tree huggers are usually liberals.....

Crappy parenting is kind of subjective...no one likes "crappy" parenting, but ideas about whats "crappy" may differ, and I wonder what the solution would be...

Sex and children out of wedlock...is a moral judgment

no one is happy with a rise in crime

sugarcoated racism is bad..what ever that means

land rape doesn't sound pleasant...again ecology is usually a LIBERAL issue so....

Obscene media....yeah I agree with you, I hate FOX NEWS, but what are you gonna do, they wrote free speech and free press into the Constitution..

Its bad to make children suffer, but if we are talking about "unborn children" are we talking fetuses, embryos, tiny clusters of cells....or what because that is a much more complicated issue.

manners, i just can't get worked up over.

Shame of morals........hmm shame is for if I've done something wrong.

Tolerance...yes the religious. the persecuted majority. 90% of Americans affiliate with some religion and the president of the USA thinks God wanted him to be president. But you are so oppressed.....

You make some excellent points and I agree with you wholeheartedly. Unfortunately our society will not triumph over moral disease until Christ comes to this earth to set up His kingdom. Satan is presently the "god of this world." He's now trying to make sure he takes as many people with him as he can before Christ returns. Morals have decline so drastically over the past twenty or thirties years. It's happened so slowly that many people have adjusted just fine to our moral corruption. The media plays a big part of it. There's so much evil on T.V. and satan's just laughing his butt off over our acceptance of it. I hope Jesus
comes soon to rescue this dying planet!
