so technically, its lke upgrading my phone except i am taking the new phone of the other phone number

Well it doesn't matter how many phones or lines you have. The phone whose contract is about to end soon can be upgraded for a newer phone with a $100 credit as long as you agree to sign up for another 2 year contract.

Most people don't realize that once you upgrade your phone for a discounted price at the end of your contract, you are require to renew your contract with your cell phone company. Otherwise you will be paying full price for a new cell phone.

When have opportunity change wireless companies without losing money. Oops--that won't help because Verizon will own all wireless companies perhaps promoting the new AT&T logo.
