the problem with ntldr file when i select xp to load it gives a message that reinstall or ntldr file missing

Insert the xp disk and boot from the cd drive, tell it when you get to the screen to repair . That will repair the missing file

Along with the computer, the supplier would have given a CD which is called startup disk.

Insert the startup disk to the CD Drive and restart your computer.

ndtldr file is nothing but, the loader software for O.S. windows NT / windows Xp. If this file is missing, you have to re-install the O.S.

Did you leave a floppy disk in the drive?
