definately, that is why I have a higher power. he relieves me of the thoughts. He guides me into a loving and forgiving state. rewards are plentiful. Love conquers all.

No, usually the longer you carry a grudge the more you figure out that it wasn't worth the work to carry it to begin with.

Yes, and the heavier it gets, the older you get.
In other words, anger, grudges, sinister acts, all make a person feel, look and act older than they are.
I thank God, I have tried NOT to hold anything against anyone.

Oh yes that is very true and unhealthy-- not only is it heavy, it starts to get sticky like the first drop of glue, then in sets...

Better to heal within ourselves and let go, doesn't do any good to harbor negativity.

Yeah. That's why I let go of my anger towards someone as quickly as possible and not use it towards that person. Unfortunately, I think more about that person until I worry I've harmed that person by mind just by mentioning him.
