My period came about 1 week early. i am mostly regular. My period started out light brown, then turned to red and now it's so dark it almost looks black. Had miscarriage in October and have been trying to conceive since. Could this maybe be an implantation bleed or could this still be after miscarriage blood. But my periods since miscarriage have been normal red and now this one's close to black ANY IDEAS??

i started getting that when i started getting cyst. the dark blood is old "dirty" blood which is just a signal to get a check up. most of the time this goes away in time. due to your recent loss it is not that unlikely that a cysts could have formed or even that some old blood is just being discarded. it doesn't sound like an emergency but please dint put off getting checked out.

i am sorry about your loss. please take solace in knowing that your child is in the arms of god and could not be surrounded by more love as he/she waits to one day be in your arms.

Things like this are best answered by your OB/GYN.
Could be an early miscarriage. As you age and your hormone levels change, so will your periods.

well an implantation bleed is light and only for a day or so
if you got a DnC then that is not normal
but if you had a 'natural' miscarraige it may just have taken this long for your uterus to clean itsself out
when its black it usually means its 'old' or been up there for awhile!

haha i feel so gross talking bout this!
