Its not just in England ... it happened in many countries.

The simple reason is that, who can work hard and who had good qualification and who has spirit has gone out of India to various countries and performed their best to succeed... that is the reason

When some one is out of his home country to a different country, it always lies in their minds that his purpose of being here is to work hard and to succeed but not to casually time pass ... this attitude of hardship is the reason.

since you have seen some selected Indians at England and since casual Indians (mostly) were not at England, you have observed that majority of Indians are becoming rich

The smartest, the best and the richest leave India for better opportunities. The smartest realize they can make more in developed world. A radiologist makes $25,000 in India, but makes $250,000 in the US. Those who are more adventuresome and willing to take risk are more likely to succeed in business. THose are the same ones who are willing to take a risk by moving to foreign countries. THe rich leaves India, because the Indian Economy is unstable. THey at least want to have some of their money in stable countries like England. They move to England more than other develop countries, because England has a well establish Indian community. The Chinese counterpart perfer America and Canada instead. Plus England has certain luxery India does not have. The filthy rich, do stay in India, because they are treated like kings.
