the sea waves when come near the shore they tend feel the surface of the land (shallow water) so try to rise to conserve energy, this looks like waves rushing to teh shore.

Ok, anyway, the waves are caused by the gravitational pull of the moon (and, to a lesser extent, the sun).

The wind moves toward land because the land is warmer than the sea, and wind always blows toward warmer places. The wind creates waves which crash ashore. Also the moon's gravity causes tides.
