Did he say he will meet chihiro again in the real world or I had listen wrongly?

She did meet haku when she was very young.

He told her not to turn around and keep going. I THINK he said they would meet again, but it is sort of left up in the air.

I don't think he can as he's a river in the real world. If she went to the river she could see him, but that's not really the same thing.
