Right now this would be in my order starting witht he best:
1. Dallas Mavericks- I think that their record is proof that they are the best team in the league right now. Avery Johnson has really turned this team into one that can actually play defense rather than a run and gun offense from the past. They have a deep team with both great young talent and also skilled veterans. Nowitzki is having an MVP season and Josh Howard is getting better and better. Plus the addition of Deaven George and Greg Buckner has added some much needed perimeter defense.
2. Phoenix Suns- They are on an 11 game win streak and are just blowing teams away. Their run and gun offense is hard for many teams to keep up with and can put up points with such ease. The Suns don't need to play defense, the just outscore teams and blow them away.
3. San Antonio Spurs- A team full of veterans that have proven to be great in the playoffs. Arguablly the best defensive team in the league and has a 2-time MVP by the name of Tim Duncan.
4. Miami Heat- They are still the nba champions and although they have injured players, they are still a great team. Once they get Shaq back and a healthy team they could possibly go for a repeat championship. But like the Spurs, they're getting old.
5. Los Angeles Lakers- Right now they are playing great ball, and that's without Lamar Odom, Kwame Brown, and Chris Mihm. Kobe has been getting his young team involved more and really has become a great team player. Luke Walton is having a career season and they have one of the top records in the league. Imagine them with Lamar and Kwame back. This team is going to be dangerous once they are back and healthy.

I can always just go by the standings, and list that...but that is just not what being a fan is all about. In the NBA, the top five teams that I have always favored are:
Sacramento Kings (in a huge slump..unfortunately)
Golden State Warriors (they are having a major turn around)
Miami Heat (Who can hate Dwayne Wade...and doesn't live in Dallas)
Phoenix Suns (Steve Nash is pretty insane, and they're team is super balanced)
Minnesota Timberwolves (Kevin Garnett needs to get something done before his career goes in smokes)
In terms of power, my top five teams are (in no particular order)
Phoenix (No one can stop Steve Nash)
Dallas Mavaricks (Nowitzki is seeking revenge)
Utah Jazz (Who needs Karl Malone and Stockton....not this generation. Way too good)
Los Angeles Lakers (Even if I hate him, nobody has an answer for Kobe Bryant)
Cleveland Cavaliers (I had to include an East team, even if the division is a joke (Esp. the atlantic). Lebron James is the next superstar.)

1. Phoenix Suns- Just because I find Steve Nash amazing plus Stoudemire and Marion.
2. CSKA Moscow- The European Champions and the team which won all the competitions they participated in last year. They also got at least to the semifinals of the most prestigeous cup in Europe in last 5 years!
3- Houston Rockets- Very stable team with the ever-improving player, Yao Ming.
4- Miami Heat- Last year NBA Champions with 2 superstars- Dwyane Wade and the best centre, Shaquille O'Neal
5- Dallas Mavericks- Another two stars(not super) Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Terry
If you want to know best players then-
1- Kobe Bryant
2- Shaquille O'Neal
3- Steve Nash
4- Dwyane Wade
5- Carmelo Anthony

Where's the love for the Utah Jazz?
Better record than most of these teams people have on their lists do and it is crazy that Golden State is being mentioned as one of the top.
Andrei is getting his touch back, 2 game winning streak in the last 2 games Andrei has played at a par level that we have been waiting to see all year.

Chicago Bulls - great talents in young packages
Phoenix Suns - the best offensive game in the world
Dallas Mavericks - clearly the best team in the world right now
Spanish National team - the basketball champions of the world, they are the best basketballing nation. Show the trophy, not the tattoos.

The Yankees performed the Royals The Royals beat the Yankees by a score of a million-0, the worst variety of loss conceivable. *swears loudly* 2 The pitching replace into great, however the offense replace into certainly undesirable. megastar: AJ Burnett for the Yankees, Bullington for the Royals Crap: i won't be in a position to p.c.. one participant. in all probability the finished Yankee offense BQ: I went to my first Yankee interest ever this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days at aim container. (i don't stay close to enormous apple and that i'm not prosperous, so that's tricky to get to a Yankee interest these days) The Yankees gained 2 video games. the interest earlier replace into suspended after 5 innings, so I have been given to work out the tip of that interest, plus the unique interest.
