I BOUGHT A BAG OF POTATOES AND THERE WERE SOME ROACHES IN THEM. NOW I CAN'T SEEM TO GET RID OF THE DARN BUGS

I found a really good way to get rid of roaches is boric acid. It's not so harmful as roach sprays or as poisonous. You sprinkle it around where you see them, like along the edges of cabinets or behind the faucet on the sink or wherever. Don't let the boric acid get into any food, because you don't want to eat it, but put it around in small trails of the powder and you will find the roaches will die and that will be the end of them. This stuff gets onto their feet and then onto their bodies and dehydrates them and they die. I sprinkled some on the back of one of those huge roaches in Florida and in about 15 minutes it was dead. Boric acid is cheap too!

keep your food away from the floor and get the exterminator if theres too many roaches.place moth balls in the corners or where there is a place for bacterias can form cos roaches feed on bacteria and mould.make sure you put the moth balls or nephtalene away from your foodstuff.You don't want to get poisoned by it

I agree, boric acid is a great choice....unless you have a cat or dog. They will get it on their paws and clean them later. Otherwise, the only success I ever had was the expensive exterminator.

Boric acid, it is very effective when used properly for killing cockroaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them. More information at http://tinyurl.com/ofxkk

This may not be the best way, but it's the most fun. A 12 ga. shotgun, although your smileage may vary.

BORIC ACID POWDER.
It's real cheap and you can get at your local home depot.
It's GREAT for ants too.

Stomp at them and yell "GET OUT DAMN YOU!!!!"
And if that doesn't work, Raid Max works quite nicely!
