I havn't really seen any porn movies where the girl crashes through a window or flips a car.
They basicly just F the guy well, and that is what they are paid for.
So to answer your question No, I don't believe they have stunt doubles.
But there are girls hired called "fluffers". They're job is to keep the male star hard off camera until they're ready to film his scene with the female star.
Now that'll look good on a resume!
