my friend is having very bad gas problems and every time he comes over he smell ls up the whole house with gas

I really dont want to embarris him by telling him, but he's the type that gets hurt feelings really easily. Sometimes I think he is on some kinda girl steroids, cause he's been talking girly emotions, and farting so much I cant even sit by him any more!!!!!! Trust me he is not gay, but he has these farts that smell like deathly chemicals. This sounds dum but its for real.
