Yes. Fertility pills.
Fertility pills is how these women end up with broods of kids. That person who said no is totally wrong.

ya a little thing called hormone shots! they make more than one egg get 'ripe' and ready! or in vitro fertalization, the docs fertalize as many as 5 eggs just in case some dont survive! but chances are at least 2 will (remember at least)

Besides procedures that would intentionally place more than one fertilized egg back in utero, no there are not.
*EDITED* lura IS correct, there are fertility pills and they increase the odds of mulitples as well.
