U first need to get iec code which is kind of a permission to get into foreign trade ,then u need to find the seller of the goods that u want to import if u need any further help, get an agent like myself to do all the paperwork , email@cargocareindia@ gmail.com

Try contacting the Chinese Embassy in Delhi, you could go and meet one of their attache's and strike a deal with a company in China.
Chinese are ever eager to export stuff, so it sohouldnt be easy.
Just make sure you have sufficient money to set up bank guarantees.
